Check-in

From 3:00 pm. Garden gate, then the turquoise door; smart lock.

Your personal code arrives in the booking app 24 hours before check-in.

Parking

Covered carport on the left; please keep the right side clear

House rules

• Quiet hours 9 pm – 7 am; sound carries in the desert
• Up to 2 guests; no visitors overnight
• No smoking or vaping, including the patio
• No pets (we have a neighbor's resident roadrunner)
• Fire pit: propane only, off before bed

The casita

KITCHENETTE

• Two-burner induction, kettle, French press
• Prickly-pear syrup in the fridge door: try it with soda water

COOLING

• Mini-split remote in the basket by the bed
• Ceiling fan switch by the patio door

Outdoors

PATIO

• Propane fire pit: valve on the tank, then the igniter
• Stargazing chairs recline; blanket bin by the door

DESERT SAFETY

• Carry water on every trail, even short ones
• Shake out shoes left outside overnight

Checkout by 11:00 am

• Please put used dishes in the sink
• Please gather used towels in the laundry basket
• AC to 80°F (summer) or heat off (winter)
• Close the patio umbrella; afternoon wind is strong
• Turquoise door locks when you press the lock key
• That’s it. Please leave the beds as they are. We take care of the rest.
