Check-in

From 3:00 pm. Lobby door on Linden Ave, elevator to 4, unit 4B.

Lobby and unit codes are sent in the booking app on arrival day.

Parking

No on-site parking; a public garage is one block east (paid)

House rules

• Quiet hours 10 pm – 8 am (building rule)
• Up to 3 guests; no parties
• No smoking in the unit or on the balcony
• No pets per building policy
• Please use the luggage cart, not the hallway walls

Living

• Standing desk and a 27-inch monitor (USB-C)
• Best signal is in the living room

TV

• Smart TV: sign in to your own streaming apps
• Remote lives in the tray on the console

Building

ELEVATOR & MAIL

• Elevator to 4; turn right, last door
• No package deliveries please

LAUNDRY

• In-unit washer/dryer in the hall closet
• Pods on the shelf above

Checkout by 11:00 am

• Please put used dishes in the sink
• Trash and recycling: please use the bins under the kitchen sink
• Thermostat back to 68°F
• Leave the building fob on the kitchen counter
• Close the door firmly until it clicks
• That’s it. Please leave the beds as they are. We take care of the rest.
