What we do with your email.

Short version: when you ask for a free printable, we keep your email address so we can send you the file and a few host tips. We don’t sell it or share it with advertisers.

What we store

For a free download: your email, which printable you asked for, the page you signed up on, the date and time, and the country your connection came from (Cloudflare adds this). For the free listing check or a Studio order: the answers you type into that form. We don’t use advertising trackers on halivs.com.

How we use it

To send you the file you asked for and a few short host tips by email, sometimes with a mention of a Halivs product. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe here anytime: halivs.com/unsubscribe.

Where it’s kept

Sign-ups are stored privately with Cloudflare, which hosts this site. Purchases happen on Gumroad, which handles payment and has its own privacy policy. If we start using an email sending service, it will only receive your address to deliver our emails.

Deleting your data

Email hello@halivs.com from the address you signed up with and we’ll delete it.
